PROGRAM INFORMATION

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Our training offers basketball skill development for players (co-ed) first grade and up. The training is directed and executed by our trainers. Private and small group sessions are an hour long and available at convenient locations in East Hampton or your home.
Training Options:
 
Private: 1-on-1 individual training. All skill levels welcome.  All sessions are an hour long and are customized to the player’s individual needs and goals on the basketball court.

Group: Anywhere between 2 and 12 players with varying grade ranges and skill levels. A wide range of fundamentals will be taught and depending on numbers, structured and competitive games such as 5-on-5 will often be played at the end of the workout.

YOUTH CAMPS

Our camps feature drills, competitive games, contests, and exclusive gear! Join us for a safe, fun, and memorable experience!

Skills Stations, Breakdown Drills, and Instructional Lectures
Shooting mechanics and footwork, ball handling, defense, rebounding, mental approach, and more.

Qualified Coaches
All coaches are former players at the college level AND/OR currently train players of all levels. Our camp coaches love to teach the game and do so with energy and enthusiasm.

SPORTS CONDITIONING

Our sports conditioning sessions features private 1-on-1 or group training for sixth grade and up with Marcus, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Conditioning Specialist. These sports conditioning sessions will focus on building strength, speed, agility and vertical jump ability. It's imperative that players are trained appropriately to avoid/lower risk of injuries. All athletes are welcomed for this training option.


Assessment: A complete assessment may be issued to determine the player's functional movement patterns. After consulting with the player and/or the parent, a program is made specifically for the player's needs.
